SCOTUS dons their tin foil hats

By Libby

Adding to Jay's post, I'm hard pressed to think of anything crazier than our highest court giving credence to these frivolous lawsuits over Obama's birth certificate. Surely there are more pressing questions on jurisprudence that could benefit from their attention. But I'm glad that somebody in the elite media finally gave voice to my theory about this incomprehensible move. It's not much of a stretch to think that Justice Thomas is looking for revenge for the remarks Obama made about him during the campaign.

Meanwhile, a mob of 12 deeply concerned citizens assembled in front of the courthouse to show their support for the Court's bold stance on behalf of tin foil conspiracists. Rumors that the Honorable Mr. Thomas will next take up the cause of 9/11 truthers await further confirmation by the Drudge Report.
