I guess Charles Gibson wasn't sufficiently deferential

Next up on the Sarah Palin media unveiling: Sean Hannity. Wow, there's gonna be some real hardballs thrown in that interview.
Sean Hannity, the conservative commentator, will interview Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin next week, the Fox News Channel announced Friday.
Jill Hazelbaker, a spokeswoman for the McCain campaign, confirmed that the television interview would be Ms. Palin’s second since becoming the vice presidential nominee on Aug. 29.
His interview will be taped Tuesday in Cincinnati, Ohio, and will be shown on “Hannity & Colmes,” Fox’s 9 p.m. political talk show, on Tuesday and Wednesday. (Link)
Let me take a stab and guess a couple of Sean Hannity's penetrating questions for Ms. Palin:
- You must have met a lot of resistance from Alaska Democrats when you killed the Bridge to Nowhere and returned the money to Washington. How difficult is it for you now to work with those Democrats?
- You've referred to your visit to Iraq as a "trip of a lifetime". How did it change your life and your perspective on service?
- Is God on our side in Iraq?
- What do you believe are the three greatest obstacles to a lasting peace between the disparate factions in Iraq?
(I was just kidding about that last one)

Welcome aboard Jay. Now there are two of us from P-town here at Newshoggers. The Hanity interview will indeed be a joke and be treated as such. It will be mocked in some if not most in the media.
